Working at the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials

Whilst the core horse trials team who organise the event are the Event Director and Event Secretary . In the summer they have help from one or two work experience students, but on event there are lots of roles available for volunteers who wish to help.

Roles available range from checking tickets and stewarding crossing points up to being senior officials - although the roles requiring a great deal of knowledge of rules and regulations etc.. are obviously only for the very experienced and knowledgable.

If you are interested in getting involved in helping you should send your details to Sally Clark, Event Secretary at with details of what experience you have working at other horse trials and events ( in which roles) and what days and times you are available.

Volunteers receive a complimentary four day pass to the event and, where applicable ,are provided with refreshments or vouchers so they may get a well deserved cup of tea!
