Recognising that the economic climate is tough the organisers have worked closely with the caterers to come up with some credit crunch menus so that organisations can now entertain for less (please see attached hospitality proposition on right hand side for details of menus and prices)
A choice of hospitality options is available for corporate entertainment of staff, clients, contacts etc.. including:
Private pavilions adjacent to the main arena: For parties in excess of 30 there is the option of a private pavilion in the main hospitality area. Each pavilion is a fully lined, floored marquee with picture windows looking out into the main arena and a private garden area with patio furniture. Pavilions may be used for staff training, fashion shows, product launches or other corporate uses in addition to corporate lunches.
Shared places in corporate hospitality : Blenheim offers a shared hospitality pavilion within which tables for 8, 10 or 12 may be booked. The shared pavilion, like the private pavilions is ringside to the main arena, with private garden and morning tea, afternoon cofee and three course silver service lunch is served by the on event catering team.
Cross Country Pavilions: For fence sponsors there is the option to have a private hospitality marquee adjacent to their named cross country fence within which they can entertain their guests. Catering to the sponsors requirements can be organised through the on event caterers if required.
For clients who are not cross country fence sponsors marquees along the river bank overlooking the main water complex can be hired for 20 or more persons. A choice of catering options can be provided.
