Tickets for the 2009 Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials - The box office is now open until the begining of September.
Tickets are subject to availability - click on red big 'book now' button at top right of the page to go to the ticket kiosk to make your selection.
Accompanied children 12 years of age and under may enter the event for free but will require reserved grandstand seats to view Dressage and or Show jumping.
Parking for the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials is complimentary
Ticket types :
Admission only - These tickets allow access to the event parkland, cross country course and retail village enabling visitors to walk the cross country course ( watching the action on Saturday) , shop and watch the non main arena activities. It is recommended that visitors wishing to watch CCI3*Dressage or CCI3*Show Jumping purchase grandstand seat tickets.
Grandstand Seats - Pre purchase of reserved grandstand seats for the Dresage and Showjumping is recommended. Seats are allocated for the whole day and visitors who purchase a reserved seat may enter and leave the grandstand as often as they wish. Seats are required for all adults and accompanying children over 2 years of age ( under 2's may sit on laps). Covered and uncovered seats are available.
Inclusive tickets - These tickets allow admission to the event and provide a reserved grandstand seat for Dressage (Thurs or Friday tickets) or Showjumping(Sunday tickets).
Member' Passes - The Members Pavilion is a ring side facility with refreshments, bar facilities, tables and chairs inside ond in the outside garden area from which one can see activity in the Marlborough arena where the CCI3* Dressage and showjumoing for both CIC3* and CCI3* occur. The Members passes come with free forward car parking (one per booking). Day passes or Season ( 4 day) passes may be purchased subject to availability.
Please note seats within the members garden are nor reserved so purchase of grandstand seats may also be considered for Sunday.
Course Buggy Rides sponsored by Protexin Equine Premium- A limited number of passes will be sold for cross country course buggy rides on thursday and friday with an audio overview from the course designer Eric Winter.
Picnic Car Passes - For Saturday (only) ,special picnic car passes can be purchased in advance of the event which enable a car and all occupants( up to 6 adults) access the event and the picnic areas either side of the lake. The choice is for the Course View Car park ( facing towards LongHanborough) or Lake View car Park ( facing towards Bladon). Availablitity of these passes is limited.
Caravan and Camping Passes - The event has an on-site camp site for tents, caravans or live in horse boxes. Toilets, showers and electrical hook up facilities are available (you must pre book electricty) . A season members caravan / campsite pass will be provide wristlets for two adults to gain admission to the event and the Members facilities (see above) for all 4 days. 2day passes for campers with event admission (only) privilidges are also available. A space in the camp site will be allocated on arrival
Disabled Car Passes - A limited amount of disabled parking is available at the front of forward car parking. A space in these areas can be prebooked by registered disabled badge holders.
A complimentary carer pass for the appropriaate day(s) will be provided for registered carers coming with disabled ticket purchasers.
No duplicate tickets will be issued or refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten, unused or surplus personal admission tickets or badges. We regret we must reserve the right to alter or vary the content of the Event due to circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Cancellation or Abandonment: If the event is cancelled or abandoned before the end, money paid in respect of advance bookings or a proportion thereof, will be refunded on the return to the Box Office of the receipt and tickets/badges which could not be used because of the cancellation or abandonment. Refunds will only be made in respect of any day that is wholly cancelled or abandoned before the start. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 28 days of the event taking place.
