Hospitality Packages

The Fidelity Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials offers you a fantastic opportunity to experience the most prestigious three star horse trials in the world.  Set in beautiful grounds landscaped by Capability Brown, the Palace provides an incredible backdrop for all the action in the main Marlborough Arena.

A range of hospitality options are available for you to entertain in style!  We are delighted to offer the following facilities and packages:

Private Pavilions

For parties of more than 40 there are exclusive private pavilions in the main arena ringside hospitality area. Each pavilion is a fully lined and floored marquee with solid picture windows looking out onto the main arena with a private garden complete with patio furniture. Whilst typically used for corporate entertaining pavilions can be used for all types of activities such as family celebrations, client entertainment, corporate lunches, staff training, fashion shows, product launches etc.

Shared Hospitality

For smaller parties Blenheim can offer shared hospitality pavilions within which tables for 8, 10 or 12 may be booked*. The shared pavilions, like the private pavilions, are next to the main arena and have a private garden for their guests. Morning tea, afternoon coffee and a three-course silver service lunch is served by the event catering team.

*smaller groups may share a table if required.

Cross Country Pavilions

For certain fence sponsors there is also the option of  private hospitality marquees sited adjacent to their named cross country fence where they can entertain their guests.

For clients who are not cross country fence sponsors, private marquees along the riverbank overlooking the main water complex can be hired for 20 people or more.  

A choice of catering options can be provided.

Informal Dining

For those who wish to dine more informally, VIP Member’s badge holders have access to the Member’s Bar, Garden and Marquee where good value, excellent quality food will be available throughout the event.

Private and shared hospitality packages

Main Hospitality (full day package) includes:

• Admission to the event, access to the VIP Members facilities and corporate dining areas
• Forward VIP car parking (one per couple)
• Morning coffee and pastries
• Lunch – two course buffet style (three or more course silver service can be offered for parties of 40+, menus on request)
• Afternoon tea and cakes
• Complimentary programme, running orders and a selection of lifestyle magazines

Cost
Thursday & Friday:           £98 + VAT
Saturday & Sunday:         £128 + VAT

Cross Country Fence and Riverside Marquee

Package includes*:

• Cold buffet style lunch (menus on request)
• Admission ticket to the event including parking
• A copy of the official event programme

Cost (excluding drinks)

Saturday:   ranging from £43.50 - £47.50 + VAT per head
Sunday:     ranging from £35.50 - £39.50 + VAT per head

*Please note the above package includes crockery and linen but does NOT include the cost of the marquee or furniture - please see booking form for prices. 

Please note that hospitality packages are only available when booked in advance and cannot be booked on the day.  A 50% deposit for all pre-booked packages must be received at the time of booking with the balance due on 23rd August 2013.  Payments can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.  (Full Terms & Conditions on request).
